The second step:          Make the changes

 

Many don’t know how wellness can be achieved. Joan & I discovered some simple wellness things. Although what we did is very basic & not what the experts would suggest it worked for us.  The same could work for you. Consider these 5 points: -

 

1. Reduce the stress in your life.

2. Reduce exposure to toxic bathroom chemicals.

3. Improve your health & energy with supplements.

4. Drink only filtered water.

5. Take regular exercise.

 

Changing these 5 items was a challenge for us change always is & it may be for you too!  But No1-it all starts by changing the way you think & then the way you act. It’s called personal development.
